When the pandemic was at its peak, we stood in the offices of Graubünden Ferien and imagined a future that would be realised two years later by the interior architects bundi und bundi from Chur. Back then, however, we did not yet know that. Far more important at the time was to identify the structures that were hindering the company's cultural growth. From then on, we named them, assessed them and rendered them obsolete with alternatives.

Show me your office floor plan, and I'll tell you how the management level works. If you want to change these structures, you need a vision, the will to do it and patience. GRF brought all of these to the table, and the result speaks for itself. Instead of dusty meeting rooms, employees now have space for shared lunches; instead of oversized executive offices, there is shared infrastructure, and the atmosphere has improved by leaps and bounds.
