Allegra in Engiadina! Since 2019, we have been supporting the INNHUB La Punt, continuously developing our work alongside the project – from the first vision to its spatial realisation. In close collaboration with the core team, the board of directors and international partners, clear concepts emerged for the lobby, coworking zones, auditorium and work areas. Our process is deliberately transparent, agile and collaborative, in order to involve everyone concerned. A special moment was the simulation of an entire day in the future INNHUB, which we carried out in 2025 in our studio in Zurich. Together with the project team, we experienced usage flows, encounters and atmospheres as though the INNHUB were already reality. These insights helped us to refine the spatial concept and the experience design in a targeted way. We learned a great deal from the project: visionary undertakings of this magnitude do not develop in a linear fashion. They call for openness, reflection and the courage to deal creatively with complexity. Pilot spaces, real user feedback and a strong community are just as decisive as the final design.
