Sensirion approached us with an unusual request: "What should we give ourselves?" – Initial ideas ranged from a quiet room to a gamer's paradise. In the end, we opted for what really mattered to the employees: the canteen that was too small, a missing space for casual conversations, and a bit of greenery. Thanks to an open ear, efficient ideation processes and a little negotiating skill, we managed to find a design solution that offered the greatest possible benefit for the majority of employees.

Through a simple wall opening, we extended the hall of the staff restaurant with a smaller room that provides an ideal setting for informal conversations. But team meetings or apéros can just as easily take place here.
