A New Working Environment for the Grisons Cantonal Police

The headquarters of the Grisons Cantonal Police in Chur is undergoing change – and the organisation is coming along with it. In a now-vacant part of the building on Ringstrasse, the cantonal police officers are pushing ahead on the Future of Work and new forms of collaboration.
Against this exciting backdrop, together with the project team we analysed how the staff want to work and what spatial conditions they need for efficient, connected and future-ready collaboration. The result of the pilot project is an open space with zones for different activities. This achieves a logical connection between focused work areas, meeting spaces and functional areas. Particularly important for the KAPO of the future are spaces that strengthen cross-departmental exchange and reflect the identity of ONE Grisons Cantonal Police. InaPolizia, in other words!
