Making Little Things, the small but refined children's boutique run by Making Things, has been a firm fixture of the shopping scene in Kreis 3 ever since the Kalkbreite development opened. A great deal had accumulated in the shop, and it was time to create room and tidy up. The existing shelves in the shape of oversized building blocks (design: Christian Kägi and Fabrice Eberhard) provided the narrative framework for extending the oversized play corner. From lacquered and bent steel tubing and raw fir wood, a playful yet functional interior emerged – one that not only the little ones enjoy.
