Our Services: Curation and Moderation of the Forum

With the Good Work Forum, we are creating a platform for future-ready work, with a particular focus on the blue-collar sector. Together with HR expert Matthias Mölleney, well known throughout Switzerland, we curate and moderate this annual forum. The focus is on sectors in which value creation becomes immediately visible: public administration, industry, manufacturing, logistics, construction and hospitals. These are sectors shaped by shift work, where presence, safety, efficiency and a skills shortage define everyday life. It is here that workspace design, culture, leadership and health have a direct impact on performance, quality and the attractiveness of employers. Together with Good Work experts from the University of St. Gallen and strong practical partners such as Conim, Roche, WKB and the Aletsch Arena, we connect science, business and concrete implementation.
