The Rondo municipal building in Pontresina deserved a new look and feel – not as a major architectural investment, but as a deliberate upgrade for the people who work in it every day. Our goal: to offer employees the best possible working environment and to position the Municipality of Pontresina as an attractive employer. To achieve this, we started with a survey and a compact series of workshops. Together with the teams, we brought needs to the surface and identified concrete potential for improvement. Without any structural alterations and without major investment, targeted measures noticeably improved the atmosphere, functionality and collaboration. In this way, the existing Rondo municipal building gained a new feeling of work – clear, appreciative and forward-looking.
